All information requested is helpful in matching prospective homes with the right dog, so please answer everything as fully as possible. Upon receipt of your request, we will get back to you as quickly as possible---But if you do not receive acknowledgement within 7-10 days, please email us to insure that your form results have not been lost in "cyberspace."

PLEASE NOTE: Mississippi Great Pyrenees Rescue places family pet companions and family farm working dogs! In making placements, Mississippi Great Pyrenees Rescue requests an minimum adoption fee or donation ($250.00) to help defray the expenses incurred in rescuing each animal.

There is NO guarantee made, expressed or implied that any person requesting to adopt a dog through MGPR, or posted on MGPR's Website, will automatically be approved. All adoptions are subject to acceptance based on a review process that requires collecting information from references and visiting the applicant's home. Decisions on placing dogs in adoptive and foster homes are based solely on the judgment of MGPR's Board of Directors, area intake coordinators and foster home parents, and adoption applications may be denied for various reasons. MGPR reserves the right to refuse to adopt to anyone without disclosing the reasons, and to make all decisions regarding placement or final disposition of any rescued dog in its care. In addition, some dogs posted on or through MGPR's Website are under the control of other shelters or rescue groups, and MGPR has no control over how these dogs are placed.
